iPhone photography course and workshop Singapore is not just about learning how to take pictures with your iPhone or Smart phones but rather about learning photography with your iPhone and Smart phone instead of your D-SLR or Mirrorless camera.

iPhone and Smart Phone have over taken typical digital cameras. It is a convenient device to take pictures as we all have it with us. Although there are limitations to the phone cameras it is great for taking subjects like people around you, scenery and food. I use my iPhone to capture my travel journeys when it is not convenient to take-out my bigger cameras and tripod.

Photography is more than just taking a snapshot. A powerful image can convey story, emotions and great moments. By knowing and learning photography you will be able to use those tools to enhance your final image.

Most phone cameras setting are “automatic” meaning that you are not able to change or alter any of the settings. To be aware of other Creative shooting approach, I recommend camera apps that allow Creative setting when shooting with your phone.

  1. Hi John, can you share the schedule for this 2 day phone photography workshop? Do you accept children 10 and 12 year old?

    1. Hi Eva, thanks for your comment. The youngest in my class was 10 year old. Boy, I was surprised by how much she could absorb. The key ingredient I figured was that she wanted to learn( not because her parents wanted her to learn). Due to Covid-19 pandemic , I am postponing the group class till further notice. Feel free to message me so that we could stay in touch.
